BOOKING POLICY
When booking a course of five lessons
Please check your diary to ensure none of your lessons clash with any other important appointments as any cancellations received after time of booking will result in you losing your lesson. Unfortunately this also applies to any cancellations due to illness.
We will allow a maximum of a two week break in any block of five.
Your lesson time is yours exclusively until you decide not to continue with lessons.
You will be asked on week four if you wish to continue. To guarantee you permanent place payment must be received no later than week 5 of each block or you may lose your spot.
Payments can be made in person or over the phone. We do not accept cheques.
Wherever possible you will have the same instructor each week with the exception of absences due to staff holidays or sickness. On these occasions tuition will be provided by another instructor, at our discretion we may allow lessons to be cancelled and carried forward but only if we feel it is detrimental to pupil progress to change instructors.
Refunds are not given to clients who are unable to attend due to bad weather. However, if we decide to close the business due to weather, global panemic or some other reason we will move forward your credits on file, this is done entirely at our discretion. Any closures will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
