A Brave Chesterfiled woman has taken a deep breath and learned how to swim at the age of 42 - ending a life long fear of water
Courageous Debbie Hibberd took the plunge after becoming fed up of not being able to dive into a pool to cool down on holidays or worse still suffer the stares of holidaymakers if she pulled on her armbands.

Big-hearted Jody's feat
Super swimmer Jody Owen is celebrating after 800m in the pool and raising more than £620 to help other yongsters learn how to swim.
